Programs & Services - Outreach Programs
The ELCA Urban Outreach Center provides basic necessities to the community free of charge. Basic needs assistance is available:
* Mon, Tue, Thur and Fri: 9am - 4pm
* Wed: 9am - 7pm
Clothing Closet: Free clothes are available to the public.
Personal Care Program: Items such as soap, shampoo, dental hygiene, diapers, formula and more are available to anyone in need. Personal care items are handed out starting the 15th of each month.
Prescription Assistance: Individuals can get up to $25 towards the purchase of prescription.
Referrals: The Outreach Coordinator helps individuals and families locate other needed services in the Kenosha Community.
